Juncus effusus 'Big Twister'
A tall and upright curly Juncus that reaches 1 to 2 feet tall and wide. The large spiraling foliage resembling large twisting corkscrews makes a dramatic effect. Prefers wet or moist soil and can be submerged in water. Great accent.
