Rosa 'Winnipeg Parks'
A distinct variety with buds borne in small clusters. The deep pinkish-red buds open to reveal dark cherry pink flowers with a deep pink reverse. A continuous bloomer in summer and is very cold hardy. Matures at 2 to 3 feet tall and wide. Has beautiful green foliage that reddens in the fall.
