Lemon Grass
Cymbopogon citratus
Forms a dense round clump of foliage 2 to 3 feet tall and wide. Gracefully arching, strap-shaped linear leaves are light green. Leaves have a lemon scent when crushed or bruised and may be used as lemon flavor in cooking.
