Dwarf Blue Arctic Willow is an attractive, hardy, small shrub with fine, blue-green leaves on purplish colored stems. A dense, rounded plant that reaches 3 to 4 feet high by 3 to 6 feet wide. Makes a nice finely-textured hedge with yellow fall color.
