Dianthus 'Cranberry Ice'
Dense mounds of blue green, evergreen foliage grows 6 to 7 inches tall with a spread of 10 to 12 inches. Cranberry red, serrated edge blooms are splotched with bright pink on each petal and drown the foliage in late spring to early summer.
